1.Payment and refunds:   You can refund within the first 30 days after your date of purchase. If you wish to refund, your access to all materials in the members’ area will be terminated immediately and you must delete copies of any materials or electronic materials you have gained by having access to the program. In order to receive a refund, you must email jack@beingjackbutler.com and make your request via email. Your refund will be confirmed via email and will be issued within a maximum of 14 days, less any processing fees which will not be refunded. If we ask you to leave the program, rather than your asking for a refund, you will be given a pro-rata’d refund according to any week of the program you have started. So, if we are in week 3, you will be given a 3-week refund for the 3 weeks you haven’t yet accessed.
2. Indemnity:  By signing this agreement, you agree to indemnify Jack Butler, Full Spectrum Living LLC, Clayton Olson, Clayton Olson Coaching Inc. and all directors, officers, agents, employees and associates thereof (the “Releasees”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by you, or to any property belonging to you whether caused by the negligence of the releasees, or otherwise.  You accept full responsibility for any actions or decisions you take or do not take as a result of being part of this program, and the consequences thereof.  You acknowledge that results will vary depending on many factors not limited to but including your personal circumstances, time, energy, resources, willpower, talent and environment.
3.Our relationship:  The nature of our relationship is coaching and training.  It is not therapy and does not seek to address the issues which therapy does.  Nothing is being offered or solicited of a romantic or sexual nature, and all personal disclosure is entirely voluntary.
4.Right to terminate: The course facilitators have, at their sole discretion, the right to remove someone from the course. Reasons could include, but are not limited to, participants not behaving in a way which is serving other course members, or a conclusion that the material is not right for you. You will be issued a pro-rata’d refund.
